With AllShield CoreShield, we transformed lightweight EPS into a resilient building block – fire-safe, acid-resistant, and impact-proof – ready to protect Arcen for generations to come.

At Yuverta Nijmegen, AllShield Blue was applied in collaboration with FourBees and Total Roof Care bv. This project demonstrates how flat roofs can be upgraded to be fire-safe, sustainable, insurable, and solar-ready.

At Indupark Center Dortmund, KM Dachbau is refurbishing a 28,000 m² retail roof using double layers of AllShield BarrierSheet, creating a fully fireproof, lightweight, and PV-ready roofing system.

AllShield CreteShield was applied to renovate and protect concrete waste container pits in Schiedam. The mineral coating shields the concrete against acids and extends its service life.

At Campina Harlingen, a brand-new 7,000 m² flat roof was constructed with AllShield BarrierSheet and PIR insulation to meet strict fire safety and insurance requirements for future solar panel installation. By choosing this system instead of heavy stone wool, the building structure could be designed lighter, saving both weight and costs.

In September, AllShield Coatings completed the renovation of a 4,400 m² roof at Castelijn Meubelindustrie B.V. in Roelofarendsveen. This project extended the lifespan of the bitumen roof, improved energy efficiency, and prepared the building for safe, insurable solar panel installation.

The new Gemaal Leenders in Wanneperveen is a future-proof pumping station built in 2022 to handle extreme weather and rising water levels. With a capacity of 165,000 litres per minute, it safeguards the region while embracing sustainability and local identity.

Tanthof Tennis Club had a problem: an old bitumen roof that insurers wouldn’t cover with solar panels due to fire risk. The solution: AllShield Blue non-combustible coating. Now the 200 m² roof is fire-safe, insurable, and ready for solar – a win-win for safety and sustainability.

Last week, the AllShield BarrierSheet was applied in a new project. Vakgarage Mitsubishi van Veldhuizen and JRK Kunststoffen chose this solution to combine proven fire safety with a durable new PVC roofing membrane.
